Why I Created This Hub?
When I looked around be it during my time as a lecturer training the future dentists or working alongside qualified dentists in the NHS or going online on dental forums the theme of loneliness, the stresses and increased rates of burnout worried me. We need to be better prepared to manage everyday challenges and prevent burnout. So combining my love and passion for Dentistry, Psychotherapy and everything in between I created this space so we could come together to learn simple tools for our wellbeing.
