Initial consultation and a discovery call to discuss your current challenges.

Six 1:1 sessions taken weekly via video call. The first session will be a deeply impactful 90 min. Soul Plan discovery and activation. We uncover and understand your roots, emotions and behaviour patterns. Addressing the blockages and repeating patterns in your life.

The sessions will lead you to an opportunity to create a long lasting connection with your true self, creating a life that feels like a happy place to be in every day.

Seven years ago, I was broke and broken and tired and overwhelmed.

Even though I was a specialist dentist living in the UK and my life seemed like I had everything I wanted, I felt stuck, lonely and overwhelmed. The pressures of trying to be a perfect daughter, perfect wife, and perfect dentist, living a perfect life, got me feeling lonelier and filled with anxiety. It fuelled my self-doubt and self- criticism every day. It left me feeling broken and empty and I felt like I couldn’t get anything right.

Suffering from de-quervains tenosynovitis in both wrists, several migraines and a panic attack later, I had enough of feeling overwhelmed. I knew I deserved more from a career and life I studied long and hard for. I knew there was more out there. I know from my own experience that by cultivating compassion and working on navigating my unique challenges, everything around me changed.

As an avid learner and in a search for tools that could help me I embarked on a training as a life coach, hypnotherapist, yoga & QiGong teacher and integrative psychotherapist (more on my qualification in the FAQ’s).

Through a journey of self-healing and many years of extensive scientific and spiritual training and self-development, I have embodied the many powerful skills that I'm here to share with you. And so I say that I am scientifically trained but spiritually led in my way of work and life.

My sessions with Aditi were brilliant! I went to her to look deeper in to my fear and to work on not allowing me to control it. She gave me space to unpack and vent on my frustrations and took me through some exercises to fully understand where my fear was coming from and how i can work through it. She also taught me some coping mechanisms to help me in the moments where I start to feel anxious about doing some tasks that have been super helpful. A great person with a beautiful soul.
