Growing up Yoga and meditation was a part of our school curriculum, obviously what I found boring then brought me immense joy and I reaped endless benefits as an adult.

But only after spending endless hours with backache, stiffness and my body taking on the everyday stresses, I realised that the simple movements I could bring into the surgery with me slowly and steadily not only made me physically but mentally stronger too.

I finally understood why I was taught this in school and am now thrilled to offer you this workshop crafted specifically for dental professionals. With experience as both Qigong and Yoga teacher, I provide practical, accessible tools that fit effortlessly into your day.
